Host A Private Party at Palo Santo
Palo Santo can accommodate parties of up to 35 people in our back room and up to 60 people with a full restaurant buyout. We require a minimum of 25 people for a private event.
Pricing & Planning
To ensure availability of all menu selections, any alterations must be made 14 days prior to your event. A final head count is required two days before your event. A 0.8875% sales tax, 20% gratuity and 5% planning fees will be added to the total bill. You are welcome to decorate the space! If you plan to decorate, please schedule additional time to do so and remove all decorations by the end of your scheduled time in order to avoid a 10% cleaning fee. All pricing packages include use of the space for 3 hours beginning promptly at the scheduled event time. If you need additional space and/or time we are happy to make it available to you at an additional cost.
Basic Brunch or Brunch Prix Fixe
$40.00 - $45.00 per person
Basic Brunch includes a one-course brunch and unlimited brunch drinks at $40.00 per person.
Brunch Prixe Fixe includes a three-course brunch and open bar at $45.00 per person.
Both options are served family style and allow use of the space for three hours. Available on Saturdays from 10am - 1pm or 2-5pm and Sundays from 10am - 1pm or 2:30-5:30pm.
Weeknight Dinner Events
$55.00 per person
Includes a three course dinner, served family style, open bar and use of the space for three hours. Available Sunday through Thursday, except holidays.
Weekend Dinner Event
$65.00 per person
Includes a three course dinner, served family style, unlimited drinks and use of the space for three hours. Available from 5pm - 8pm or 9pm - 12pm
Hors D’Oeuvres or Taco Bar
Sun - Thurs $45.00 per person
Fri - Sat $55.00 per person
Includes taco bar or passed hors d’oeuvres, open bar and use of the space for three hours.
If you are planning a large party please consider renting the entire restaurant; our maximum seating capacity is 60 people. Listed below are minimum buy-out prices. The total cost of your party may increase based on your number of guest and menu selections. The prices listed below include; food, open bar, and use of the entire space from 10am-4pm (Brunch/Lunch) or from 6pm-midnight (Dinner). All food is served family style. Plated brunches and dinners with printed menus are available at an additional cost.
*Weddings are required to meet a minimum of $1,000.00 per hour with a three hour minimum. 10% planning fee will be added.
